The Mac is an extremely powerful tool. However with so many things to do you may not know where to begin. With a One on One Training session at iStore you can partner up with one of our knowledgeable staff members to help you use the Mac to it’s full potential.
We can teach you how to use many of the bundled Applications (such as Pages, Numbers, Photos and Safari), settings and features. We encourage you to bring your own questions so we can ensure you are learning what you want to.1
Whether you’re new to iPhone or you simply feel like you aren’t getting the most out of your device, our friendly iStore staff are the best people to help teach you about your iPhone.
Please note that our One on One sessions are limited to teaching you about the bundled iOS applications, settings and features. If you have any questions regarding a third party application we will try our best however you may need to contact the App developer.1
When Apple released iPadOS for iPad they increased the functionality and capability of the iPad incredibly. If you have a Mac running macOS Catalina and wish to use iPad companion features such as Side Car, please bring the Mac with you.
With other types of training you have a teacher and a class. We believe that the best way to ensure you get the most out of both our training and your device is to have a more personal experience.
When you book a One on One Training session at iStore you are the focus of the session. You get to ask your questions about your devices and with answers tailored to your experiences you’ll be an expert in no time.
If you have just purchased a new device, iStore staff can assist you with setting up your device.3
This may involve setting up your Apple Account settings, iCloud syncing and Mail accounts. If you need help with resetting your email account or Apple ID password we can also assist with this.4
For many people, purchasing an Apple Device may be your first computer, tablet or phone. To access many of the incredible features available to you with these devices you will need access to an email address. if you don't have one we can walk you through setting up a valid @icloud.com address.
Alternatively if you have an existing email address you can use it with your Apple devices too. iStore staff can help ensure everything is set up and working as expected and walk you through creating your new Apple Account.4
If you have purchased a new Apple Watch and are looking for assistance either pairing the unit to your iPhone, book a basic setup one on one so an iStore staff member can go through the basics of the unit with you and ensure Apple Watch is setup just the way you want.
If you want to dive a little deeper into the full potential of Apple Watch, iStore offers longer sessions to answer any questions you may have to help you better get the most out of Apple Watch.5
Many newly purchased Apple devices come with the ability for you to sign in to and use iCloud. iCloud is the name given to many services provided by Apple that can sync your data across multiple devices, share your photos, back up your iOS device and more recently even allow you to free up space on your Mac without losing access to your files.6
This is just a small part of what iCloud can do so book a One on One Training session with iStore to learn all about iCloud and it’s many features.7
One on One trading sessions come in two variants. These are either 30 minute sessions or 60 minutes sessions depending on the type of content you wish to cover. Please note that due to demand we may not be able to book one on one sessions at all times during the day. Either use the handy online booking tool or contact iStore to find out when we can best book you in.8
If you have just purchased a new device and are looking for assistance setting the unit up, we also have a basic setup session available that gives you up to 15 minutes with a staff member to ensure your device is set up just the way you want it.

With One on One subscriptions iStore requires that you use all sessions within four months of original purchase date and are limited to one session per week, unless specifically organised with the iStore team.10
