Our doors are open and you are welcome to browse our store!

Click and Collect is still available via our online store. Simply select ‘Store pickup’ on our web-store and we will prepare your order for collection. Once ready iStore will contact you and advise it is ready for pickup.

House calls and One on One training services are now available

Service and repairs

We are accepting walk-ins for all repairs and in-person support.

We encourage you to submit a service request via our service page (link below), as this will aid with your book-in process when in-store. Once you have submitted a service request, you can drop-in your device during normal opening hours.

If you wish to mail-in your device into a service centre, please submit a service request and choose send to iStore when completing the form.

Mask wearing

In line with the Covid-19 Protection framework, all front of house staff wear face masks.

We ask our customers to please wear a mask if you they can, and to maintain their distance from other customers while in store.

Covid-19 Tracing

The Covid-19 tracing QR code is available to scan as you enter the store. If you have having issues scanning the QR code, please contact a member of staff and they will be happy to assist with your tracing efforts.
