iStore at Red Light

We are open to the public, please wear a mask if you can and maintain 1 meter from other customers while in store. We do not require to check your vaccine pass on entry as we are operating under red light settings.

Sales at Red Light
Our doors are open and you are welcome to browse our store! Click and Collect is still available via our online store. Simply select ‘Store pickup’ on our web-store and we will prepare your order for collection. Once ready iStore will contact you and advise it is ready for pickup. We have suspended one on one training under the red light settings.

Service at Red Light
We can now accept walk-ins for all repairs and in-person support. We still encourage you to submit a service request via the link below, as this will aid with your book-in process when in-store. Once you have submitted a service request, you can drop-in your device during normal opening hours.

Enhancing Your Apple Experience

Located in the heart of Takapuna, iStore is the best place to come and experience Apple products first hand. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can provide you with buying advice and answer any questions you may have.

Our on-site service centre uses Apple provided diagnostics and procedures to ensure that we treat your Apple products as Apple intended. For devices that can't be serviced on site we can send to Apple's repair centre where your units can be inspected, serviced and replaced if need be.
