iStore can service your iPhone and iPhone related accessories in-store whether it is inside or outside of it's Apple limited warranty. Out of warranty hardware, battery or physical damage issues can be rectified with either a repair or a replacement device for a service fee. Please contact us or drop in with the serial number of your device and we can advise on the best options available to you.
We strongly recommend running a backup of your device to iCloud or iTunes before visiting us and to make sure the Find My iPhone service has been switched off under your iCloud settings to make the book-in process is fast and efficient.

The iPhone Repair Process
Just bring your iPhone in to iStore and we will book it into our service department. Our technicians will then assess and diagnose your iPhone, they will then contact you if there are any issues seen during the assessment and diagnostics that may change the serviceability or cost to you. If the assessment shows no issues, we’ll courier your iPhone to Apple’s Repair Centre where Apple will determine the repairability of your device, diagnose the fault and either repair, replace, quote for repair or return your iPhone when applicable. Your iPhone will be returned to iStore, usually within 7-10 business days of your dropping it in to us, and we’ll notify you when it's ready for pick-up.
Find My iPhone must be turned off for all iPhone repairs. If you are unable to turn off Find My iPhone, you will need to contact Apple for help before booking your device in to iStore. Please make sure you have a current backup of your device before you book it in to our service department. iStore cannot backup client data from iPhones in-store.
iPhone In-Warranty Repairs
For repairs iStore carry out on iPhones that are in-warranty we require a $15.00 assessment fee to be held as a bond. If for what ever reason the iPhone is not covered by warranty or the device has been damaged and requires an out-of-warranty repair, iStore will charge the assessment fee if no repair takes place.
iPhone Out-Of-Warranty Repairs
Even if your device is outside of it's warranty iStore can still offer you service options. To help you have some idea of what sort of repair process your device might be in for we have listed a few of the most common requests bellow. If your particular issue is not listed on this site, don't worry we can likely still offer you a solution so please contact the iStore Service Department.
Cracked Glass/Display: Replacement Display (Subject to device condition)
Faulty Home Button: Replacement Device
FaceTime Camera Issues: Replacement Device
Stuck or faulty Sleep/Wake Button: Replacement Device
Non-Functioning Volume Buttons or Silent Switch: Replacement Device
iSight Camera Issues: Parts can be replaced
Faulty Battery (includes poor battery life): Batteries can be replaced in iPhones 5 or newer. iPhone 4S requires a whole unit service replacement at a discounted price due to battery issues. Please note that in some situations the batteries can't be removed the iPhone due to their adhesive. If this occurs a whole unit replacement will need to be ordered from Apple. The cost of this replacement device will be the same as the quoted battery replacement.

$15 iPhone Assessment Fee:
This fee is payable if a repair or replacement is not facilitated by iStore as a result of 3rd party modifications or repairs, if a quote for repair/replacement is declined or no fault is found with your device.
